Trouble shooting:

1. Open up Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools
3. Internet Options
4. Custom Level
5. Enable all Active X Features
6. Click on Apply then OK
7. You will get a warning _{(just say yes you can always go back and set Default level)}
8. _{Close and reopen Internet Explorer}
9. Then try clicking on link again
10. when prompted install active X
